Everything You Wanted to Know about Beef (but were afraid to ask)

Lovers of beef unite! (and with all truthful due respect, vegetarians need not apply!)

Slow Food Léman is organizing a second round of their workshop on beef, next Tuesday, January 24th at 6:30pm!

Hosted by an artisinal butcher in Carouge, the workshop will start with a demonstration of the different cuts of beef and how to prepare them at home.

Not good enough for you?

Phase two of the evening involves digging into beef carpaccio, roastbeef with coarse salt, pot au feu and home made apple pie!

50chf for Slow Food members, 60chf for everyone else (price includes workshop, meal, AND wine).
